Telephony Logging Screen

The logging allows the system user to activate telephony logging on the device. This means that all incoming/out going SMS, MMS and calls are logged, depending on which logging is activated. The logs are sent from the device even if the mobile user explicitly deletes them using the native app. For example the mobile user could receive a text message and delete it straight away without reading it. If SMS logging has been enabled prior to the text message, then the system user will still be able to retrieve the SMS message, the time and which number sent it.

The above functionality applies to MMS and calls too.

Below is an example of an SMS log that has been retrieved after SMS logging is enabled. The logs are in the left hand window but can be view in its entirety by clicking the log which expands it in the right hand window. The number, date and time and message body can be viewed.
