Switch A Mobile User
When a device is enrolled in the system, it is actually the device not the user which is enrolled. This means, an already enrolled device could have its owner switched. For example, if a device is enrolled and it is specified that John owns it, the system user could simply edit the name of the user by clicking edit account on the mobile devices screen.
This will take you to the following screen where the firstname and surname can be edited. The previous employee's message will still be on the device, unlike if a full unenrol user is carried out. Unenroll A User From Device
